Is Responding to COVID-19

In order for Bare Wax Studio, LLC. to remain compliant with the state guidelines for personal grooming services, please adhere to the following rules so we can ensure a smooth transition into reopening Virginia.

  1. Only one person is allowed in the studio at a time.  I understand that people come to appointments together at times, but for now my waiting area is closed.

  2. When you arrive, please remain in your car and text 571-420-4487.  As soon as the room is ready, I will let you know.

  3. Everyone must wear a mask that covers their nose and mouth at all times while in the studio.  I know...I'm not a fan of it either. (Unfortunately, this means limited facial services.)  If you don't have a mask, I will provide you with a disposable.

Until further notice:

  1. All appointments will need to be done via call or text to 571-420-4487.

  2. Some services will be add-on only.  This includes brows, half arm, half leg, half back, underarms, brow and lash tinting.  Once online booking is open again, please be mindful of this.

  3. All previous discounts are suspended.  I am working on a new loyalty program to be released once things stabilize.

To book an appointment:

It is important that your hair is at least a quarter of an inch long.  That means 2 weeks from a shave or 4 weeks from a wax in most cases.  For many of you it has been a long time since your last wax and if you've been shaving, your growth cycles have been thrown off.  If the hair isn't long enough, spots will be missed and your wax will not last long.  Additionally, the hair will be difficult to remove.  Remember, it will take 3 to 4 regular waxes for your cycles to be in sync again.  I know you're excited to be back, as am I, but please if it's not long enough, wait just a little longer.  I would hate to tell you we can't do your services upon your arrival.

Please be on time to your appointment.  I will need any extra time built into your appointment for cleaning and to run the UV light in order to prepare for the next client.

I look forward to seeing each and every one of you, and hearing your quarantine stories!

xoxo

~Jamie
